How It Works

Two Man Handicapped Best Ball

Flighted by handicap (8 flights)
You must submit your handicap or avg. score prior to the start of the tournament to be flighted.  Handicaps will be based on 80% of GIN or avg. score.

Tournament Format
Two man team, handicapped/best ball matches!  You and your partner will be flighted based on joint handicap, and compete in four nine hole matches within your flight.  The winner of each flight will compete in an overall alternate shot shootout to determine the 2022 CMC Golf Classic Champion. In order to participate you must provide a handicap or avg. score prior to the start of the event for proper flighting.

There will be winners in each flight which will receive a prize – please review our Q&A section for tiebreaker information.

Your Golf Makes a Difference

The Conway Medical Center Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1988. The CMC Foundation grew out of a recognized need to support the ever expanding services offered by Conway Medical Center — and it has been growing ever since.

CMC Golf Classic dollars make a real impact and 100% of the proceeds go to support strategic initiatives which include CMC’s Healthreach Program, Smart Snacks, Mobile Mammography Center, Scholarships, and more.


SPONSOR agrees to purchase from the Conway Medical Center Golf Classic the Sponsor Package(s) specified on this website and referred to in the Sponsor Sales Brochure. The Sponsor Agreement requires that the balance of the Sponsor Package be paid on or before May 15, 2022.

SPONSOR shall be entitled to all tickets, gifts and privileges specified as part of the Sponsor Package(s) described herein which represents the complete agreement between the SPONSOR and TOURNAMENT. Any additions, changes or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing by both parties.

SPONSOR also expressly recognizes the TOURNAMENT is subject to being shortened or cancelled due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond Conway Medical Center Golf Classic’s reasonable control; acts of God, accident, riots, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil disturbance, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, inclement weather conditions, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, strikes, fire, or flood. Should this occur, the special events will be held to the extent safe and feasible and all participants shall receive their gift packages. SPONSOR is not entitled to any refunds or return of money in such an event.

Finally, the SPONSOR agrees that the person(s) who use SPONSOR’S tickets and/or other privileges contained in the Sponsor Package(s) described herein assume risk of 1) suffering personal injury or property damage resulting from being struck by a golf ball, golf club, or because of other hazards or acts of nature reasonably associated with the attendance at a golf tournament, and 2) contracting illness due to attendance at a gathering or event during an epidemic or pandemic. SPONSOR further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Conway Medical Center Golf Classic, Founders Golf Group, tournament sponsors, participating players, and all agents thereof for any claims or lawsuits brought against such persons and/or entities and their employees and agents for such personal injury or property damage.
